How to get my x husbands attorney moving & my divorce papers?

I just went through a simple divorce. We didn't even need attorneys but my x insisted. We had no kids, nothing to split, and weren't even married 1 year. I represented myself in court and my x had his attorney. When all was said and done, the judge granted us the divorce for irreconcilable differences. I needed to get my drivers license changed & my work information (since I now have my maiden name back) and the judge told me I would recieve the paperwork to get my information changed over in 10 days. If I haven't recieved it by then, I was to call his office. It's now been over a month and I have been calling the judge's office, the court house, AND my x's attorney with no information. It's like he fell off the face of the planet. I call every morning to see if my paper work has been sent and he's never available so I leave my message and phone number and I never get contacted (why would he contact me? I wasn't the one who was paying him). The court house tells me the only thing I can do is call daily and pester the attorney so he will eventually get sick of hearing about it and will get the ball moving. I'm so frustrated!!! 10 days has been up over 20 days ago and I am no more closer to getting my information changed. I'm working under a name that no longer exists and my license also is under a non existing name. I feel helpless like there is LEGALLY nothing I can do but wait until this guy finds it convenient to send the court house the paper work so they can sign it and send it to me. I really need some advice, I have no clue what to do. Please help!
