Texas History help....Norwegian-Texan?

I have to do a project on Norwegian Texans. My job is to find primary sources (people who were there-Quotes) and database on their holidays and when they are. I need help to find these. My partner has a basketball game and my other parter got the hardest part. And don't think I never tried the internet. I spent 2 hours looking for information on the internet-google, ask, yahoo, etc. This is due on February 5th.
