Pain in chest and throat after coughing. Answer fast!?

I dont have the coughs but I had a tickle in my throat so i forced myself to cough earlier. It hurt my throat abit to do so then an hour or so later my throat felt abit agitated and hurt at the base when id swallow. I fell asleep and a few hours i woke up and the pain is awful. It hurts when i take in a deep breath and its my general chest area i cant really pinpoint a spot. But in my throat theirs a sharp pain when i swallow it feels muscular or..a thick feeling when i swallow like a lump. The pain in my thoat is at he bottom where the chest meets the throat, or at that dip inbetween your collar bones. Im alittle worried cause its so bad. It hurts very bad to swallow, and it hurts to take in a deep breath but all the pains originating from that spot in my throat. I pulled a muscle a few days ago in my throat but it was in a different area and wasnt this painful. Answer fast please! I hope its just a pulled or strained muscle!
