What to do?

What can I do about people/company calling me and asking me for my DL# and SS#? They are from T-Mobile, they want me to drive one of their vehicles as advertizement around NYC. The guy isn't from this country. How do I know?? Because I tried calling him back and it asked me for the country code. I didn't apply with this company either, I'm from upstate NY not the city. Anyone know where I can go to report them?
