Any military personnel here?

is ne1 in the military and has an neck? like you cant wear things such as suits and ties bcus your neck is ticklish. how do u deal with it and do the drill instructors tolerate this at all? i wna be a marine but thats my only problem. im afraid i might not be able to even wear my dress blues once earned =(
