Does a DOME team like the SAINTS have a chance to win at a cold weather site like Chicago in January?

To my knowledge, the only dome teams to make the Super Bowl were the Atlanta Falcons in '98 or '99, and they won they NFC Championship INSIDE the Metrodome in Minnesota; and the St Louis Rams who had homefield advantage INSIDE their dome thruout the playoffs the two times they made the Super Bowl.
