How do you legally change your name?

There is always a filing fee in the court system. You would be better off going to your court house and asking them what the filing fee is, and where you can obtain the proper paper work to change your name. Regardless of where you get the paperwork, there is sitll money that you are going to have to pay, and then agian, they may not even accept the paperwork that you are wanting to retrieve, Check it out, be safe than sorry.
