My 1994 Nissan Pickup truck rear whl. drive Auto Trans. slips when in overdrive?

Your overdrive clutches are going out and changing the fluid will just speed up the process if it hasnt been done reguarly in the past! Did you find a lot of shavings in the fluid when you changed it?
