My bearded dragon hasn't grown at all for like, 6 months. Whats wrong with her?

you need to feed more crickets and other insects for protein. you have to use a powder each time you feed any foods that has calcium and other vitamins and minerals. if the cage you have is too small it can stunt growth. you didn't mention how big the cage is. also the UV light has to be a stonger one made for desert animals. other than that it sounds like you are doing good. they like green leaf lettuce a lot.
