Why do people on here think that "Illegal Immigrant" is a race?

I really have no idea, and I don't call people racists. Why is the U.S. putting a fence by the Mexico/U.S. border and forgetting about Canada. If the invaders as you say figure this out then they would come to the U.S. through Canada. How are these numbers figured out? 12-20 million? If they have no doents than how is this extrapolated. The media perhaps has blown this whole issue so out of proprtion it's not even funny. There have been and always will be illegals here. How do we find the illegals if they are not doented? Ask their relatives who might live here to turn them in? This issue will never be solved.
