Dying grandmother what do i do?

my grandma is dying of small celled lung cancer she i sonly 58 just turned 58 and she has never smoked she is in hospice or how every u spell it where going to cali to see her tomorrow idk what i should tell her she is going to die very soon my moms been baling all the time my step-dad is being insensitive my big bro cant handle it and my bug sis don't care she only feels bad because of my mom i feel like crap what do i do? and what do i tell my grandma when i see her???
