Why are there blood specks in my phlegm?

I doubt this has anything to do with smoking pot. You probably just have an upper respiratory infection. Try smoking marijuana in a water pipe ( Bong). It filters a lot of the tar and is a healthier alternative. If you are under 40 I would not worry about COPD. That comes from long term tobacco usage.
